Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervision of all civil works and Maintaining the work schedule.
∎ Sound Knowledge of surveying use of level machine, detailing all types of R.C.C work and proper knowledge about Drawing, designs & Estimation.
∎ Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
∎ Maintain daily work procedure provided following check list.
∎ Daily Materials & Daily Site Cost Budget Preparation & Reporting.
∎ Monitoring Materials Receiving (Quality & Quantity).
∎ Maintain Site Register/ Stock Book/ Measurement Book.
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Monitoring Proper use of Construction Equipment.
∎ Any other task as required by project management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
∎ Superb project management and supervision skills.
∎ Must have experience working in different projects.
Salary: Negotiable
