Job Context:
∎ Poche Architecture & Design is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join its team in Dhaka.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer who is excellent at Managing Commercial & Residential Construction Sites. Candidates must be capable of preparing CAD Drawings, and reading and understanding the design drawings regarding the construction of Modern & Classical Designs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works on the site.
∎ Schedule own workload to achieve delivery targets
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and providing RAW materials requisition to the supply chain through proper channel
∎ Bill checking, estimation & wastage control. Brief Knowledge of all types of finishing works.
∎ Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of the site.
∎ To review the progress of projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned staff for completion of the project in a time-bound manner.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary is commensurate with experience.
