∎ Poche Architecture Ltd. is seeking a SITE ENGINEER to join its team in Dhaka. We are looking for an experienced person who is passionate about building and supervising work on a range of Commercial & Residential projects across all teams in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ WHAT YOU DO
∎ Managing parts of construction projects
∎ Overseeing building work and ensuring high-quality finishing
∎ Undertaking client surveys
∎ Setting out sites
∎ Coordinating with designers and architects, also supervising contracted staff.
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales
∎ Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
∎ Providing technical advice, solving problems on-site, preparing site reports, and filling in other paperwork.
∎ Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
∎ Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
∎ Capable of working in construction sites in all weathers and tend to work on more than one project at a time
∎ Dealing with vendors, collecting sample materials, ensuring payments, and negotiating with parties
Additional Requirements:
∎ Rajuk Drawings
∎ 3D Studio Max, V-ray, Corona Renderer, Rhino 3D Software skills
∎ AutoCAD
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
