Architecture, Auto CAD 2D 3D, AutoCAD, Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 2D drawings, Elevations (Interior/Exterior), Plans, Sections & Interior Details
∎ Preparing drawings for RAJUK submission
∎ MEP drawings
∎ Planning documentation
∎ Preparing Sourcing / Inventory Lists
∎ Structural & Architectural Drafting
∎ Expertise in Residential & commercial design work
∎ Co-ordinate Architectural design & Architectural section of CAEL meeting of RAJUK requirements including aesthetic and functional aspects.
∎ Re-consideration of built-up area and salable area of approved design meeting the stipulated requirements.
∎ Site control & site visits for proper implementation of Architectural design.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
