Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed institute.
∎ Diploma in Dhaka Polytechnic will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise assigned site construction, understand the design and maintain the construction accordingly, estimate the material requirements and manage good supply chain with the suppliers.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done as planed and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s)
∎ Managing site supervisor and labour/ contractors.
∎ Communication with head office regarding implementation works.
∎ Reporting to project Manager .
∎ Checking received materials.
∎ Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.
∎ To supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, Basement, super structure sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing.
∎ Should be able to manage project independently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 6 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Applicants having working experience in reputed construction/ Real Estate companies is preferred.
∎ Candidate must have working experience on building construction and sound knowledge about construction materials
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Auto Cad.
Salary: Negotiable
