Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for site supervision & coordination.
∎ Handle sub-contractor and client.
∎ Have to ensure overall quality of the construction work.
∎ Prepare measurement book & other site related documentation.
∎ Will be responsible for construction of a residential building including cast-in-situ pile.
∎ Have to take responsibilities to solve all the site related issues after coordinating with appropriate authority.
∎ To ensure all the work as per drawing, design & specification.
∎ To maintain time & workmanship to complete the project at schedule time.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management.
