∎ Diploma Engg (Civil).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Multi storied apartment / Factory Building construction work supervision.
∎ Monitoring quality of materials & quality of works as per drawings.
∎ Ensuring timely construction of works.
∎ Maintain registered book for material stocks at the site.
∎ Estimating of quantity of materials.
∎ Ensuring quality of materials.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Client Services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 8 to 10 years practical experience in construction of Highrise Building in a Real Estate Company.

Salary: Negotiable
