Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for civil work of villa & site supervision as per instructions.
∎ Ensure quality of construction work as per approved drawing and guidance of project-in-charge.
∎ Help to prepare material requirements schedule.
∎ Coordinate with project-in-charge for smooth decision making.
∎ Assist in wastage control matters.
∎ Check the subcontractor bills.
∎ Assess the quality of input construction material and monitor proper use of those.
∎ Work smartly to ensure about all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
∎ Concern about safety of materials and manpower.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Ambitious, Energetic, Self-motivated.
