∎ Site Engineer: Diploma in civil engineering; 7 years' experience in real estate sector
Job Context:
∎ Leisure Bangladesh Limited, a renowned real estate company, selling high-end luxury holiday villas & exclusive land, is looking for outstanding & self-motivated person to the following position immediately.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You have to follow up all designs, drawings and specifications according to the project Standards.
∎ You have to supervise, monitor and ensure overall quality of construction works including finishing works and the quality of materials being used at respective projects as per the specifications.
∎ You will be responsible for preparing monthly work plans and periodical reports for on-going projects.
∎ You will be responsible for solving any construction related problems in consultation with the Project In-charge/Head of Construction & Engineering or any other suitable authority that arise at the project sites. Act according to the guideless of project high officials.
∎ You will be responsible for liaising with Head Office officials though project In-charge, other professionals within design teams (consultants) and contractors' representatives during construction.
∎ You will be responsible for the preparation of Engineering Documents and other documental works related to the construction materials of on-going projects and maintain the same.
∎ You will be responsible for managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project.
∎ You will be responsible for taking measurements of the finished works for running bills and recording those in MBs (Measurement Books).
∎ You will be responsible for checking the final MBs for final payment and refund security deposit with required recommendation.
∎ You will be responsible for preparing the Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR) with specifications and as per approved BOQ for the items required for project/construction.
∎ You will have to be computer-literate and conversant with MS Office suite and relevant engineering software packages.
∎ You will have to be fluent in writing technical reports, e-mailing and internet browsing.
∎ You will have to assume any other responsibility and maintain any other register as assigned by the management.
∎ You will be responsible for any tangible or intangible loss or damage caused to the property or interest of the employing organization due to your negligence of duty, unprofessional activity or moral turpitude.
∎ You will have to undertake any other task assigned by your higher authority.

∎ Age at least 30 years
