Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & monitoring the progress of the project.
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of land developments and construction works by maintaining checklists and appropriate procedures.
∎ Daily, weekly, and monthly progress reporting against project plan
∎ Ensure quality of all structural and architectural work carried out as per design and specification.
∎ Calculate cost and determines the feasibility of the project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering.
∎ Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc, and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
∎ Ensure the quality of materials for maintaining proper quality control.
∎ To prepare a project estimate and cost analysis based on working design/drawing.
∎ To ensure project/site labor Management.
∎ Ensure that suitable project management systems are in place to achieve the schedule milestone, budget, and quality constraints.
∎ Coordinate with project personnel, contractors, suppliers, vendors and management staffs to address operational issues and solve proactively.
∎ To ensure top supervision & project progress as per Work Schedule.
∎ Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and Private Housing Development Rules.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strictly monitoring about wastage control.
∎ Submit regular report to immediate supervisor.
∎ Specialized on Soil Filling of Land Development project.
∎ Any other duty as may be assigned by the company/supervisor from time to time.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
