Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Requirements:

∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and building development.
∎ Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
∎ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
∎ Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
∎ Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.
∎ Prepare daily progress reports and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.
∎ Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
∎ Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines on-site.
∎ Review and interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
∎ Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
∎ Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to supervise ongoing construction work and ensure high-quality execution in line with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a civil engineer in construction and building development.
