∎ 2–5 years of site supervision experience in interior projects.
∎ Proficient in reading plans and understanding BOQs.
∎ Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage interior fit-out sites from start to finish.
∎ Interpret technical drawings and ensure work is done as per design.
∎ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the in-house design team.
∎ Monitor project timelines, material deliveries, and workmanship.
∎ Handle site reporting, daily logs, and client updates.
∎ Ensure safety, quality control, and site cleanliness.
