Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage on-site interior fit-out activities, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project plans.
∎ Interpret and execute interior drawings, layouts, and material specifications.
∎ Ensure quality control by monitoring materials, finishes, and workmanship to maintain high design standards.
∎ Coordinate with interior designers, procurement team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
∎ Oversee the installation of flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, furniture, and lighting as per design requirements.
∎ Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
∎ Resolve on-site challenges and provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors.
∎ Maintain daily site reports, track progress, and update project stakeholders on developments.
∎ Complete handover procedures, ensuring all aspects of the interior works meet the required standards.
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering, architecture and Interior Design or a related field.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out works or construction site management.
∎ Proficiency in reading and interpreting interior design drawings.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle site challenges effectively.

∎ SEOPAGE1 is a Web Development & Digital Marketing Agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently, we are looking for a Site Engineer (Interior Fit-Out) who will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our office interior design. This is a 6-month contractual role. The Selected candidate will ensure that all the interior fit out works are executed effectively maintaining high quality standard and timely completion.
