Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Construction or similar from government and government approved educational institutions.
∎ Preference will be given to members of the Institute of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh (IDEB).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Our organization will hire a skilled site engineer with leadership qualities. The site engineer`s responsibilities include managing the various parts of the construction project, supervising the crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, monitoring health and safety standards, and compiling reports for various stakeholders. You need to be able to work alongside your co-workers and create work schedules.
∎ To be successful as a Site engineer, you must demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Outstanding candidates should demonstrate a great work ethic and improve under pressure.
∎ Job Nature: Contractual (Depends on Projects)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arranging construction materials and ensuring that sites are safe and clean.
∎ Prepare project estimates and ensure suitable materials and equipment.
∎ Provide technical advice for efficient work on specific projects.
∎ If necessary, diagnose the problems of the machinery in the construction and take measures to solve the problem.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best deals.
∎ Work according to technical drawing and engineering plan
∎ Schedule work and keep the engineering team and clients informed of any changes.
∎ Collect information, compile reports and present them to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Explain the work on the site and make arrangements for the necessary repercussions.
∎ Completing work quality assurance and reporting regularly to superiors.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Driving license
∎ Additional testimonials or licenses may be required.
∎ Accurate knowledge of engineering, construction and design.
∎ Leadership qualities and organizational skills.
∎ Project management skills.
∎ Ability to solve problems present in projects.
∎ Written and oral communication skills.
∎ The desire to learn.
