Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from any reputed public/ private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ Planning for execution and responsible for timely completion of the construction project as per plan.
∎ To supervise the project at the site accordingly to the erection drawings.
∎ Responsible for proper use & account of material/equipment placed under you
∎ To supervise construction works at site.
∎ To review Architectural plans and prepare quantity needs.
∎ Estimate the quantity and costs of civil, electrical, drainage, sanitary & steel structure.
∎ Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs.
∎ Document progress, materials and report on the project.
∎ Keep record of construction materials and inventory of the project.
∎ Need to take practical measurement of any site as per requirement any project under your supervision.
∎ To coordinate with consultants, design team regarding drawing and material specifications.
∎ Work within project schedules to meet client and internal deadlines.
∎ Ensure works are carried out as per design and specifications and should have good knowledge on engineering drawing.
∎ To supervise steel structure erection and follow up the delivery of materials in sequence in coordination with Factory and design division.
∎ To ensure site stores are well maintained, safe and secured with no excess unused materials.
∎ Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
∎ Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.
∎ Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
∎ checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy & supervising contracted staff.
∎ Any other assignment/job not detailed herein & felt conductive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Conditions age may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates.
∎ Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, customer relationship and planning/budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Sound Knowledge on civil design and Bangladesh National Building Code.
∎ Good communication skill and fluent in English.
