Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Individually implement the one construction project.
∎ Clear idea about the calculation and execution of a building from top to bottom (i.e. Structural & Finishing works).
∎ Prepare the contractors bill at actual physical measurement.
∎ Prepare an estimate, bar schedule & consumption of materials as standard.
∎ Make the project presentable, properly stocked the materials & make the project as cost effective.
∎ Verse knowledge & clear idea of the drawing, design & bill.
∎ Control the materials wastage and misuse.
∎ Communicate with the procurement department to ensure the materials quantity & supply,
∎ Develop and maintain professional relationship with all concerned department.
∎ Any other job related task assigned by the Supervisor & Management
