Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining safety and security of the site.
∎ Capability to understand drawing and prepare estimate of the project as per guidance of his superior.
∎ Preparing indent for materials to be used in the project.
∎ Ensure quality of materials and prepare bills accordingly.
∎ Capability to maintain proper store management.
∎ Ensure quality of all structural and architectural work carried out as per design and specification.
∎ Ensure site/labor management.
∎ Ensure timely completion of work as per planned schedule.
∎ Has to work under the guidance of seniors.
∎ To seek timely advices for any decision related to construction.
∎ Should maintain technical discipline every time.
∎ Should maintain construction ethics.
∎ To certify and ensure all running bill and final bills of contract/supplier.
∎ Experience in large construction sites such as building complex or industrial projects (structural construction work, finishing work etc) is preferable.
∎ Any other activities as and when assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' work experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Computer skills MS-Word, XL, Powerpoint, AutoCad.
Salary: Negotiable
