Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and monitoring of progress of the project site.
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining checklist and appropriate procedures by design and drawings.
∎ Preparing a project estimate for site materials and co-ordination for materials delivery on time
∎ Work planning, budget preparation and time to time meeting and reporting to higher management.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management as well as customer representative.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ CAD and AutoCAD proficiency Design skills Site development Database development
Salary: Negotiable
