Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Minimum 05 years of relevant experience
∎ Preferred industries: Real Estate, Garment Factories, Infrastructure, and Heavy Civil Construction
∎ Candidates with experience in precast pile construction will be given preferenceKey Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Monitor and inspect the installation of precast piles and other structural components to meet industry best practices.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
∎ Track project progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on key milestones and potential risks.
∎ Maintain detailed project documentation, including site reports, budgets, material logs, and any modifications to the original plan.
∎ Work closely with the design and planning teams to resolve technical issues and propose cost-effective solutions.
∎ We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate development, industrial construction, or garment factory projects and a strong background in precast piles and general construction site operations.
