Apartment and Commercial Building, knowledge about commercila materials
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects.
∎ Receiving materials at the site.
∎ Store management.
∎ MRR, bill preparation, site petty cash management.
∎ Materials quality and quantity assurance during receiving.
∎ Labor bill preparation.
∎ Control material waste on site.
∎ Record material stock and maintain register balance.
∎ Issue materials each day and keep the records up to date.
∎ Assist project engineer in preparing requisition materials.
∎ Make sure security and safe storage of materials in the site store.
∎ Responsible for materials inter-transfer between sites.
∎ Implement work as per instruction by the project in charge.
∎ Execute project work as per specification.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Have to stay on the site.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
∎ Good communication skills
