∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highlight issues pertaining to resources (men, material, drawings, infrastructure facilities, etc) on a timely basis.
∎ Ensure Safety of construction workers in all aspects.
∎ estimate and arrange to forward all necessary material requisition for procurement on time.
∎ Ensure quality & quantity of materials delivered at site.
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction works as per schedule
∎ Should have Government authority (PWD, MES etc.) bill preparation capability
∎ Should have capability of sub-contractor bill making capability
∎ Should have good knowledge on different drawings (for building project)
∎ Should have leadership capability to control and manage sub-contractor, foreman and labors.
∎ Auto CAD competencies is a plus point.
∎ Should have hardworking mentality
∎ Selected candidate may have to reside at site (company will accommodate)
∎ Must have to play as a team player
∎ Should have decision making capability during all phase of construction work
∎ Should have fair dealing capacity with government authority personnel.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have 5-6 years practical experience in construction company, real estate and similar organization.
