Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering/ Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having practical experienced in a multi-story building construction with Ensure completion of assigned scope of work within the targeted cost and time.
∎ Implementation of work at site as per project schedule and submit progress report periodically.
∎ vast knowledge of construction in double/ triple basement work.
∎ Check estimate and arrange to forward all necessary material requisition for procurement on time.
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly
∎ Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently who are subordinate.
∎ Coordinating & implementing for proper progress of the projects, monitoring the project progresses, and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ Monitor the specification of project materials and equipment as per the project standard and BOQ.
∎ Should have capacity to run 2-3 projects independently.
∎ Any special task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ For B.Sc. Engineer 10-12 years practical experience in construction company, real estate and similar organization
∎ For Diploma Engineer 20-22 years practical experience in construction company, real estate and similar organization.
