Job Context:
∎ Site Engineer for Office, Retail Brand Shop, Commercial Space, Hospital, Bank, Restaurant, Residential & All Kind of interior work.
∎ Must have knowledge Design Understanding & experience in regulating sites and supervising projects until the handovering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating designs and working drawing by CAD.
∎ Materials estimation, store maintenance & procurement,
∎ Ensure that the Project activities are properly delivered with maximum efficiency and professionalism to achieve the positive impact and goal of the project,
∎ Project Management, developing work plan, follow up and monitoring project implementation process.
∎ Create & maintain effective project plan, implement & monitor the implementation or large-scale interior work projects.
∎ Arrange calls/meetings on regular basis with Project workers & contractors to supervise and consult about overall project planning, progress, and maintain the Project Time Schedule (PTS).
∎ Coordinate with the design team, coordinators, accounts team, procurement team, business development team, and submit reports and present the overall progress.
