Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need experience in high-rise building construction work.
∎ Planning & monitoring the progress of the project.
∎ To ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining checklists and appropriate procedures.
∎ To ensure the quality workmanship as per Bhaiya Housing Standard.
∎ To supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing.
∎ To prepare estimate of structural, finishing,and sanitary & plumbing works etc.
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification.
∎ Properly Handling manpower of construction site.
∎ To follow the work schedule & provide daily Progress report upon daily activities.
∎ To ensure the implementation of different Code of Conduct & safety measures.
∎ To ensure day to day project progress report based on drawing, design and schedule.
∎ Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
∎ To ensure the optimum level of Customer Satisfaction through the team.
∎ To keep a close relationship with all valued customers, landowners and Contractor.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strictly monitoring about wastage control.
∎ Submit regular report to immediate supervisor.
∎ To calculate additional/modification of construction project.
∎ Specialized on finishing work and finishing materials of building construction.
∎ Any other duty as may be assigned by the company/supervisor from time to time.
Salary: Negotiable
