Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Supervise contractors, laborers, and other site staff to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
∎ Conduct site inspections and monitor daily progress, ensuring quality control and addressing any issues that arise.
∎ Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, site conditions, and any challenges encountered.
∎ Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and safety guidelines.
