Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil from any reputed government institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of all civil construction works.
∎ Ensure completion of project as per schedule.
∎ All kinds of supervision for structural & finishing work i:e Soil test, Building Layout, Piling (Precast/Situ), Load Test, Mat /Basement foundation, RCC Colum/lift/wall/ retaining wall, Brick work, Shuttering etc.
∎ Prepare Estimate of all kind of materials as per drawing.
∎ Prepare Bill of Contractor and Sub Contractor, certify the quantity and quality as per site execution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of various construction works such as land development, pilings, building structure, Building Finishing.
∎ Must have experience in Real Estate Sector & also have good knowledge of drawing & design.
∎ Knowledge of AuoCAD-2D is expected.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
∎ Should know motor bike driving and should have valid driving license.
∎ Candidate having relevant experience & excellent expertise & confidence are encouraged to apply.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
