Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc. in civil engineering / Diploma in civil engineering minimum.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise & execute the construction of the building project including superstructure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing.
∎ To prepare an estimate of structural, finishing, and sanitary & plumbing works etc.
∎ Preparing bills, MPR (Material purchase requisition).
∎ Handling manpower of construction site.
∎ Expertise in MB (Measurement Book).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Especially experienced in structural and finishing works of building projects.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Auto Cad.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
