∎ Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management.
∎ Proficiency in using MS tools (i;e Word, Excel).
∎ Must have knowledge in bill creation and its documentation preparation.
∎ Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
∎ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues on-site efficiently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely and on time.
∎ Coordinate and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
∎ Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
∎ Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, delays, and challenges to the Project Manager.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including materials, labor, and safety compliance.
∎ Coordinate with the Project Manager to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
∎ Assist in the preparation of construction schedules and ensure they are followed.
∎ Manage the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
∎ Resolve any on-site technical issues and ensure that work is being carried out efficiently.
∎ Maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and other records.
