Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
∎ Professional Engineering (IEB) Membership Certificate Preferable.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 6 years in a senior or lead role.
∎ Proven experience in managing and delivering complex civil engineering projects.
∎ Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D etc.).
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of local and national building codes, environmental regulations, and construction standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage a variety of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and design evaluations for new and existing projects.
∎ Prepare detailed engineering designs, calculations, and technical reports in compliance with local and national codes and regulations.
∎ Prepare bill and all supporting documents to submit client.
∎ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
∎ Ensure that all designs and specifications adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
∎ Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
∎ Liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
∎ Conduct site inspections and provide technical expertise to resolve construction and design challenges.
∎ Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in civil engineering.
