Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as Management decisions and follow up the plan.
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities.
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
∎ Assuring quality of construction work.
∎ Managing site supervisor and labors / contractors.
∎ Communication with the corporate office regarding implementation works and report the progress.
∎ Checking received materials and maintaining the store.
∎ Should have knowledge about finishing work.
∎ Basic knowledge about Interior Design works.
∎ Review of safety, serviceability, durability and construct-ability with honest & dedication to the service.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The job location will be at Bashundhara, Dhaka.
∎ The applicants should have enough technical knowledge.
∎ Working as a proactive member in a team.
∎ Energetic, creative, sincere, honest and punctual.
∎ Flexibility to work hard & absorb new skill.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
