Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Site Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare BOQ and verify Contractors bill.
∎ Quality control, cost control and time management.
∎ Associate with project In-charge to prepare documentations, periodical reporting, capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project site.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have fair knowledge in Civil works.
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering with minimum 02 years/ Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 04 years of work experience in reputed Real Estate Company.
∎ Wiling to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
