∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against the planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of the project(s).
∎ Keep record regarding Site(s) information i.e copy of approved plan and detail information of the site(s) e.g number and size of flat, client names etc.
∎ Supervision of surveying building layout.
∎ Maintain site observation and monitoring books.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of the project(s).
∎ Candidates with working experience in renovation and retrofitting work will get an extra preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience on double or triple basement in a project
∎ Able to forecast the project engineering schedule.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
