Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Civil Construction, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Studying structural drawings and execution on site
∎ To assist Project Manager in the supervision and management of construction activities
∎ Supervision of rotary piling work, pre-cast piling, construction work of R.C.C. of factory building
∎ Supervision of concrete works, tiles works, paint works, finishing works, electrical works, rebar fixing, involved in QA/QC activities, conducting testing of concrete according to Project Quality Plan
∎ Billing of concrete and cost estimation
∎ Site management
∎ Establish, report and follow up all non-conformance activities (e.g. dealing with customer complaints, internal audits, external audits, incoming material inspection etc.)
∎ Enforce the relevant safety rules at the site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff at the construction site
∎ Conduct daily briefing with site team leaders to follow-up and report the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks
∎ Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of any deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation/application
∎ should be dynamic & proactive
∎ Should be ready to work under pressure
