∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed educational institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Project Engineer, Construction site

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as the technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craft people, and operatives.
∎ To supervise & monitor daily contractors' activities as per approved Architectural, Structural, plumbing drawing & materials specification.
∎ To provide materials requisition, to receive materials as per requirement, to check stock & materials quality properly as per agreed specification.
∎ To maintain workbook & keep all vendors' actual work measurement.
∎ To check vendors/ suppliers bills & to understand the respective department
∎ Setting out, levelling and surveying the site.
∎ To maintain a good relationship with internal & external client.
∎ To provide daily progress report as per plan & email communication.
∎ Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
∎ Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
