Cost Analysis, Cost and budget, Marketing, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Design/Printing/Publishing, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring projects Cost Estimation/Budgets, Must good knowledge of preparing BOQ.
∎ Side Supervision & monetization
∎ Progress on the interior design & exterior
∎ Mainly focussed on Interior, Exterior design knowledge along with 2D/3D Drawing capabilities.
∎ Check the advance and adjustment of project expenses.
∎ Meeting with authority and discuss work & design.
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
∎ Supervising construction staff.
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
∎ Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
∎ To supervise and execute the operation of interior project and also civil project, including Pile, Basement, Super Structure, Sanitary and Plumbing and total finishing works of the Project as Per Drawing.
∎ Maintaining proper documentations of project related works.
∎ Check contractor work progress, quality with performance.
∎ Reporting and Coordinating about the Progress of the Project to the Head of Department.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
