Advertising Ageny, Design/Printing/Publishing, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring projects Cost Estimation/Budgets, good knowledge of preparing BOQ.
∎ Managing the overall construction site.
∎ Check of Suppliers and contractor's bills.
∎ Check the advance and adjustment of project expenses.
∎ Meeting with authority and discuss work & design.
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
∎ Supervising construction staff.
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
∎ Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
∎ To supervise and execute operation of interior project and also civil project including Pile, Basement, Super Structure, Sanitary and Plumbing and total finishing works of the Project as Per Drawing.
∎ Maintaining proper documentations of project related works.
∎ Check contractor work progress, quality with performance.
∎ Reporting and Coordinating about the Progress of the Project to the Head of Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
