• Age 18 to 35 years

• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product features, materials, prices, and delivery terms clearly.

• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Good communication skills (Bangla & English).

• Create and post attractive content (photos, videos, captions, reels).

• Plan and run paid ads to boost online sales and inquiries.

• Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries professionally.

• Coordinate with the design and sales teams for marketing materials.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities.

• Support online promotions, product launches, and events.

• Handle customer complaints politely and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Showroom Salesman is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing professional product information to achieve sales targets & managing social media accounts.

The role ensures excellent customer service, maintains product displays, and supports overall showroom operations.
