∎ MBA/ Master Degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Showroom operation.
∎ Deliver excellent sales & after sales services to maximize productivity leading to customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Attend customer’s queries on products, prices, availability, uses, payment, terms and condition.
∎ Maintain Showroom sales accounts and inventory.
∎ Periodically update daily sales activity, any suggestions or any complaints from customers.
∎ Prepare summery report (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) & report to manager for store, market/customer with data.
∎ Achieve Sales target as per budget & objectives of the assigned territory.
∎ Manage team of sales & service personnel effectively & efficiently
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership quality.
∎ Strong ability to communicate and mix with people.
∎ Hard worker with pleasant and friendly attitude.
∎ Good computer knowledge (Ms Word, Excel, Internet)
∎ Height range of the candidates should be from 5' 5" to 5'7".
∎ Minimum 3 years hands on experience as Incharge of a sales outlet of renowned retail chain shop.
