Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Manager, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target - volume and revenue.
∎ Strongly monitor the sales team, develop the sales force and maintain a set retention standard.
∎ Develop corporate customer base and new market segment(s).
∎ Prepare , monitor & control sales team members' attendance, leave and send the statements on a monthly basis.
∎ Address employee related issues such as complaints and disciplinary procedures as per company policies.
∎ Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of company guidelines, conducting on-job training to team members, monitoring compliance etc.
∎ Formulate marketing plans and strategies for different watch brands of the Company for the corporate market.
∎ Educate customers on watch and different applications in the time zones and Corporate customers, and manage prompt after-sales services for the customers.
∎ Maintain and develop relations with different autonomous bodies such as banks, government officials, etc. to create word of mouth about the brands of the Company and to increase usership.
∎ Maintain an internal relationship with other functional departments at head office level.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the superior and by the management of the company.

∎ Age at most 35 years
