Responsibilities & Context:
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and overall store environment.
- Ensure stock is updated, organized, and reported on time.
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately.
- Keep daily sales records and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with the store manager and team for smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals to customers.
- Ensure company policies and service standards are maintained inside the shop.
