Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any Discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Invoice, Packing list, B/L draft etc. for shipment and issuance of EXP
∎ Required proper knowledge regarding BGMEA, EPB issuance of GSP work.
∎ Able to take necessary steps for Booking by online system for shipment.
∎ In order to collect shipping bills, B/L, approval of shipping documents and certify Exp Form - make necessary correspondence with Buyer, Shipping lines and send necessary documents (Invoice, Packing List, UD, Export L/c, Exp, Booking & B/L draft) to them.
∎ Ensure that the finished cartoons are been loaded properly according to the packing list
∎ Give booking for transport & maintain regular communication with garments finishing & commercial dept
∎ Must keep communication with the loaders, drivers & escort, production heads for smooth operation
∎ Will keep proper communication with all concerned departments for smooth shipment processing
∎ Will follow-up shipment regularly from the factory against different buyers account.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Garments Factory Store /Shipment Related experience
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Able to stay even till mid night for shipment purpose.
