Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check and validate passenger tickets before boarding to ensure they are valid and correspond to the correct voyage.Ensure that passengers have the necessary documentation, such as identification and travel visas, if required.
∎ Assist in the orderly boarding of passengers onto the ship, ensuring that boarding procedures are followed.Direct passengers to the appropriate boarding areas and provide information about boarding times and procedures.Customer Service
∎ Provide excellent customer service by answering passenger inquiries regarding ticketing, boarding procedures, and ship amenities.Address any issues or concerns that passengers may have regarding their tickets or boarding process.Record Keeping
∎ Assist passengers with special needs, such as the elderly or disabled, to ensure they can board the ship comfortably and safely.Provide information about ship facilities, schedules, and services available on board.
∎ Must be able to speak and write in English.
