Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main job responsibility of the Shift Team Leader is to support operator to run the plant smoothly and properly following the required standard.
∎ Diagnoses, test and calibrates systems for better energy consumption; loop tuning and system responsiveness.
∎ Tests, installs and maintains data and communications cabling for switches, servers and computers
∎ Ability to provide on-site customer training on automated controls system operations
∎ Installs, diagnoses, repairs and services high and low voltage electrical system.
∎ Analyzes problems quickly and accurately to implement effective course of corrective action.
∎ Managing on site the facilities team and third party sub-contractors ensuring they complete tasks on time and safety to required standards
∎ Allocate work and completion in accordance with the monitoring system.
∎ Responsible for daily checks on the systems so that they work at optimum efficiency.
∎ Responding to maintenance requests and planned preventative maintenance activities for plant and equipment.
∎ Undertake maintenance surveys and produce reports accurately and concise
∎ Followup corrective actions and implement countermeasures to minimize re occurrence of faults.
∎ Reviewers and approves time and attendance records submitted by Timekeeper.
∎ Authorizes requisitions for materials, tools and equipment submitted by Electrician/Mechanics
∎ Be prepared to be available to provide 24hr Service for Emergency repairs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
Salary: Tk. 17500 - 18200 (Monthly)
