Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to production captive power generation and thereafter synchronizing with switch gear to supply in system
∎ Ability to identify faults in equipment accurately and quickly when under pressure
∎ Ensuring relevant maintenance parts are sourced and reported in a timely manner to minimize disruption
∎ Maintenance Engineer is responsible to production captive power generation and thereafter synchronizing with switch gear to supply in system

∎ Maintain effective Health and Safety systems, including completion of risk assessments and method statements and tool box talks where appropriate

∎ Follow up corrective actions and implement countermeasures to minimize reoccurrence of faults
∎ Directly accountable for day to day matters to the Facilities Manager Services
∎
∎ Responsible to operate Sub-Station panels and functionality of all to supply power in system
∎ Maintain effective Health and Safety systems, including completion of risk assessments and method of operation where appropriate
∎ Follow up corrective actions and implement countermeasures to minimize reoccurrence of faults
∎ Directly accountable for day to day matters to the Facilities Manager Services
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner
∎ Ability to perform duties that very frequently according to assignment, evaluates information against measureable criteria, work within set standards and limits.
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Excellent problem solving skill
∎ Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues
∎ Language skills both in Bangla and English
∎ At least 5 years' Experience in the relevant filed.
∎ Experience of planning work in schedule basis.
∎ Must possess good computer skill along with of MS office including Auto Cad.
∎ A thorough understanding and experience with installation and commissioning of Generators, Substation& any Electro-Mechanical machineries.
∎ Capable to troubleshooting & fault finding works
∎ Have to work out of hours occasionally
∎ Good interpersonal and organizational skills able to motivate people.
∎ Proven record of ability to manage time and work to strict deadlines.
