Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical or Mechanical or Food Process

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for understanding and following all personnel and equipment safety policies; all GHP, HACCP, Sanitation policies; following all Business Unit policies and procedures.
∎ Understand written customer specifications and mill flour to meet customer specifications.
∎ Safe and efficient operation of all milling equipment and systems.
∎ Sampling and analysis of milled flour.
∎ Effective troubleshooting of mill systems and problem recognition.
∎ Sample stock under grinding rolls and adjust rolls as necessary.
∎ Lockout, open, unstack, repair and restack sifters.
∎ Pull out purifier decks to clean and repair as necessary.
∎ Measure levels of flour, feed in storage bins with tape measure.
∎ Operation of automated, computer controlled mill control and feed loading systems.
∎ Analytical skills to recognize and assess problems.
∎ Ability to meet strict deadlines and schedules.
∎ Ability to organize own work to meet production schedules and minimize downtime.
∎ Basic computer skills (for data entry and process control).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Flour Mill sector Experienced should be preferable.

Salary: Negotiable
