Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage the operations of a specific shift or production line.
∎ Coordinate and allocate tasks to shift personnel to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
∎ Monitor production processes, quality control, and productivity levels.
∎ Troubleshoot issues or problems that arise during the shift and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
∎ Maintain accurate shift records, including production reports, maintenance logs, and shift handover notes.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to shift personnel.
∎ Train and develop shift employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and logistics, to achieve production targets and resolve cross-functional issues.
∎ Continuously improve shift operations by implementing efficiency measures and process enhancements
