Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·Oversee and manage the operations of a specific shift or production line.
∎ Coordinate and allocate tasks to shift personnel to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.·
∎ Monitor production processes, quality control, and productivity levels.·
∎ Troubleshoot issues or problems that arise during the shift and take appropriate actions to resolve them.·
∎ Maintain accurate shift records, including production reports, maintenance logs, and shift handover notes.·
∎ Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment, machinery, and facilities
∎ Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them proactively.·
∎ Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures, including the procurement of spare parts and supplies·
∎ Monitor equipment performance and implement measures to optimize efficiency and reduce breakdowns·
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and logistics, to achieve production targets and resolve cross-functional issues.·
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
