Job Responsibilities:
∎ To operate the production plant shift wise.
∎ To Carry out daily shift operation and coordinate with different department like QA, packing, Logistic, utility, maintenance to ensure shift wise production targets are achieved.
∎ To make report of shift wise production, raw material use, utility consumption reports.
∎ To communicate with other department to ensure smooth operation of the plant.
∎ To reduce process loss and improve yield.
∎ To work with maintenance department during schedule and emergency maintenance.
∎ To ensure the cleanness of the plant.
∎ To ensure all the works are done with proper safety for both man and machine.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Team player.
∎ Go getter attitude.
∎ Hardworking.
∎ Multitasker.
