∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Pillar Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop day to day shift planning and ensure co-ordination of production levels, workers, equipment levels and supplies.
∎ Oversee production process and provide appropriate instructions to designated team.
∎ Ensure that the shift team are focused and deliver key priorities to include, but not limited to, high quality provision, high standards of health and safety, good communication.
∎ Supervise the storage, ensure necessary coordination with maintenance team to confirm fullest use of plant and equipment.
∎ Monitoring shift production activities through maintaining excellent operations and standards.
∎ Ensure adherence to all aspects of safety, including in relation to factory equipment, and raise any concerns with Production in-charge.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation, including health and safety.
∎ Report immediately if any problems/failures arises that impact on the production or organization and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager.
∎ Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls.
∎ Assist Production In Charge to control of production cost, quality and occupational health and safety.
∎ Assist Production in charge in waste minimization (%) and ensure minimal remedial work.
∎ Assist in managing and coordinating fleet of logistic vehicles with the delivery section.
∎ Attend site meetings or liaison with client to adhere to production schedule and quality.
∎ Any other tasks which may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
