Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Physics, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Measurement Instrumentation & Process Control
∎ Graduate In Electrical and Electronics/ Applied Physics & electronics/ Process Engineering/ Petrolium Engineering/Chemical Engineering with good experience in industrial field measurement instrumentation & process Control System.
∎ Skills Required: Calibration, Flow meter, Instrumentation, Level Transmitter, Process control, Tank gauging, thermal validation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing, Service/ support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Engineering Firms, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Gas, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Manufacturing (FMCG), Market Research Firms, Power, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Fully understand Endress+Hauser, Precia Molen, KAYE, TESTO products & solutions and application of those products & solutions in the process industries.
∎ 2. Participate in various training program (Online, Inland & Overseas) for general & service of respective products & solutions.
∎ 3. Report preparation for each & very service/support/investigation as professionally.
∎ 4. Take care of HSE documentation.
∎ 5. Develop team members/transmit know how to other team members.
∎ 6. Manage Customer complains.
∎ 7. Manage/work distribution to respective team members and followup them.
∎ 8. Service Sales target have to achieve.
∎ 9. Technical support regarding product selection, sizing and others to sales team.
∎ 10. Quotation Preparation
∎ 11. Quotation followup
∎ 12. Different kind of marketing activities regarding services as well products & solutions.
∎ 13. Generate sales inquiry during service at customer site.
∎ 14. Customer wise installed base preparation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having good experience in service for Instrumentation & control system in process industry.
∎ Candidates will get special preference who are experienced on Endress+Hauser measuring Instruments like level, pressure, flow, temperature, pH, conductivity, Tank Gauging etc & Allen Bradley Control System like PLC, SCADA,Network Communication, HMI, Drives/inverter, Switch Gear etc.
∎ Candidates should have sufficient knowledge in PLC Programming, Computer Operating System,MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Browsing, Email, AUTO CAD (Essential) and other engineering software.
∎ Candidates should have good communication skill in English and official email communication
